TorchPlugin.Torch.TorchBackupSystem 1.0.0

Adds a config tab where you define one or more backup timers, each with its own folder and name, a delay before the first run, an interval and how many copies to keep. Backups are saved as timestamped folders and can be compressed to zip; the oldest copies are deleted once a timer's limit is reached. Settings are stored in Backup.cfg.
