TorchPlugin.SKO.SKO-Tweaks 1.0.0

Collects several small server fixes: removing empty or bugged safe zones, including ones left behind by the Faction Safe Zones mod, controlling the Share Inertia Tensor option on pistons, rotors and hinges, expiring the working area display on blocks such as Build and Repair or the Advanced Drill System, and disabling throw-out on connectors and ejectors. Each feature has its own switch.
