TorchPlugin.SKO.SKO-Bounty 1.0.0
Lets players create and remove bounty contracts on other players, list the current contracts and their state, and charge commissions for posting or removing them. In No-Claim mode the player who kills the target collects the reward, and new contracts are announced in chat.
