TorchPlugin.ryo.TorchMonitor 1.0.0

Samples the running server once a second and writes the results to InfluxDB: sim speed, block and grid counts, concealment ratio, floating objects, asteroids and planets, process RAM and CPU, player online time and pings, plus profiler samples of grids, blocks, scripts, factions and physics clusters. Each collector is a named feature toggled with the !tm commands or TorchMonitorPlugin.cfg.
