Lets players spend credits on GPS coordinates of a random, online, inactive or NPC target, with prices and cooldowns configured separately. Each purchase is a one-time snapshot rather than a live tracker, so it cannot be used to follow a player around continuously.
No packages depend on TorchPlugin.LordTylus.ALE-GpsRoulette.
