TorchPlugin.Crunch.CrunchUtils 1.0.0

Adds chat commands for administrators and players. The admin side covers economy balances, faction reputation, grid conversion, giving items and Steam ID lookups, while players get faction info, grid claiming and renaming, and economy deposit and withdrawal. Most player commands are disabled by default and are enabled through the plugin config with a reload or restart.
