TorchPlugin.Crunch.BankPlugin 1.0.0

Gives players a bank with deposit, withdraw, balance and history commands, plus admin commands to deposit or withdraw on behalf of a player named by name or Steam ID. On multi-server setups the config can point at a shared network folder so credits carry between servers, and it is intended for servers that do not run Nexus.
