Lets an admin whitelist the scripts allowed to run on programmable blocks. Players opening a programmable block cannot type their own code and instead pick a program from a dropdown of whitelisted scripts. Workshop ID whitelisting is no longer available, so script code has to be added through the plugin by hand.
